My chapter centers around the need to “Stop the Selling Insanity” where I concentrate on the concept of how to move relationships to referrals to profit. Referrals (Introductions) and New Business come from Connecting through Relationships…not Convincing…which is Selling. People love to buy. They hate to be sold.
